WHO WE ARE Motion RX is a rapidly growing cash-based physiotherapy company with locations in Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida. We specialize in eliminating pain and maximizing athletic performance through evidence-based treatment protocols that deliver strong results. Currently generating $1.3M in annual revenue, we are positioned for aggressive growth with a vision to 3X revenue at both locations by the end of 2026, reaching $3–3.5M per location. Our mission is to help people move better and live active, pain-free lives by delivering high-quality care through performance-focused professionals. Our Core Values: Be > Yesterday: We commit to continuous improvement in skills, systems, and decision-making. We seek and apply feedback to keep growing. Go One More: We put in extra effort when it improves outcomes and experience. We follow through and finish strong. Speed is King: We move fast, decide clearly, and iterate based on feedback. Action over overthinking. Own the Outcome: We take responsibility for results and maintain a high “Say: Do” ratio. If this culture and mission do not resonate with you, please do not apply. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE This is not a status quo operations role. You are being hired to accelerate growth in a business with strong product-market fit and significant untapped potential. The founder has built a marketing engine that consistently drives patient flow, but the operational infrastructure has not kept pace. You will step into a high-growth business where: • The product works (world-class patient outcomes), • The marketing works (proven patient acquisition system), • The model works (profitable cash-based revenue) Within your first 6–12 months, you will enable the founder to step away from daily operations while performance improves. This role is about building what comes next, not maintaining what exists. The long-term opportunity is a path to President within 3–4 years as the founder transitions to a board role, with potential equity as the business scales toward an eight-figure exit. This is a career-defining opportunity to scale a proven model and step into executive leadership.
