Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: Executive Support Consultant Alternate/Related Job Titles: • Executive Assistant Consultant, • Senior Administrative Support Specialist, • Position Type: Contract, • Contract Duration: 7 Months (Approx.), • Start: As Soon As Possible, • Pay Rate: $39.23 – $68.65/hrJob Summary:The Executive Support Consultant (TEMP) provides high-level administrative support to the Global Head of Urban Innovation, serving as a critical liaison between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a flexible multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, capable of managing multiple priorities, adapting quickly to change, and maintaining professionalism across all interactions.Key Responsibilities:, • Proactively manage the Executive’s calendar, coordinating complex, multi-time-zone meetings with senior leaders, government officials, and stakeholders., • Collaborate with other executive assistants and coordinators to arrange large-scale meetings and cross-departmental events., • Accurately prepare and submit monthly expense reports for both personal and corporate expenses (including mobile bills and travel)., • Provide relationship management support, such as client follow-ups, data entry, and administrative tracking., • Identify and assist with organizational administrative needs and support ad hoc projects., • Coordinate team meetings, events, and offsite activities (All Hands, presentations, community outreach, etc.)., • Manage routine administrative tasks including visitor registration, meeting logistics, and catering coordination., • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information.Required Experience:, • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive administrative support or a similar role within a corporate or fast-paced environment., • Proven success managing complex calendars and coordinating executive-level communications.Nice-to-Have Experience:, • Prior experience in large global organizations or matrixed teams., • Background in creative, tech, or media industries.Required Skills:, • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency, • Calendar and Expense Management, • Strong Verbal and Written CommunicationPreferred Skills:, • Organizational and Prioritization Skills, • Event Coordination, • Cross-functional CollaborationAdditional Skills from Original Description:, • Professional discretion and integrity, • Adaptability in agile environments, • Customer relationship managementSoft Skills:, • Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of accountability., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Excellent interpersonal communication and diplomacy when working with diverse stakeholders., • Ability to multitask effectively and adjust to shifting priorities.Work Schedule:, • Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET preferred.
