Job Description Beast Mode Truckin seeks qualified Class A CDL drivers for regional routes operating west of the Mississippi. The role supports recent CDL graduates with structured OTR training and also welcomes experienced drivers. The position emphasizes predictable schedules, safety, and competitive compensation. • Operating lanes: All states west of the Mississippi River., • Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van freight; primary operations are drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unloads., • Average weekly mileage: Approximately 1,800–2,000 miles., • Schedule: Bi-weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset; shifts may occur during daytime or nighttime hours., • Orientation: One day in Jurupa Valley, CA., • Operate company equipment safely and in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies., • Transport dry van freight primarily via drop-and-hook operations; perform occasional live load/unloads as required., • Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to hours of service, vehicle condition, and freight paperwork., • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly., • Target weekly pay range: $1,000–$1,100 (varies by experience and mileage)., • Post-training mileage pay (sliding scale):, • Entry-level/post-training: $0.43–$0.57 per mile on sliding pay scale, • Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile on sliding pay scale, based on verified years of CDL driving experience., • Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile., • Minimum age: 21 years., • Valid Class A CDL., • Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training., • Clean driving record: no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years; no DUI convictions in the past five years., • Applicants must not have been terminated from their most recent employment., • Stable employment history: consistent 10-year work history without major unexplained gaps (time in school or training excluded). For drivers with prior employment, expect at least 6 months of work in the past year and at least 12 months of work within the past three years., • Reliable, safety-focused professionals who value predictable schedules and consistent earnings.
