Cook – Smoothie, Açaí & Creperie Shop Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cook to join our kitchen team. This role involves preparing fresh açaí bowls, sweet and savory crepes, and assisting with smoothie prep, while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble açaí bowls, crepes, and light food items according to standardized recipes Operate kitchen equipment including crepe griddles, blenders, and prep tools safely and efficiently Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of all menu items Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment Prep fresh ingredients daily (e.g., chopping fruits, mixing batters, portioning toppings) Monitor food inventory and communicate low stock or equipment issues to management Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Support front-of-house team as needed during peak hours Qualifications: Previous experience in a café, fast-casual, or breakfast-focused kitchen preferred Familiarity with fruit prep, batter-based cooking, or cold/frozen food handling is a plus Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
