Job Description The Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund), a nationwide human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment, seeks a Director of Institutional Giving to oversee and grow all foundation, corporate, union, government and other institutional giving for the Entertainment Community Fund. Job Description Position Overview DataCT LLC is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in New York, New York, formed as a single-purpose, independent, member-owned entity to serve as the Administrator of the U.S. Consolidated Tape Plan (the CT Plan). DataCT LLC is responsible for the unified administration of Tapes A, B, and C under the CT Plan, acting on behalf of CT Plan LLC under the Administrator mandate. DataCT is currently engaged under an Interim Services Agreement and is transitioning to the definitive Administrator Services Agreement with CT Plan LLC. The organization is building toward a full operating state of approximately 25 employees and is expected to be fully operational by April 2027. The Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance (who also serves as Chief Risk Officer) is a senior executive accountable for the legal, regulatory, risk management, compliance, and governance obligations of DataCT LLC in its capacity as the independent Administrator of the CT Plan. Job Description Development Associate The Fresh Air Fund is a youth development organization providing transformative outdoor experiences, at no cost, for New York City children from underserved communities. At six sleepaway camps in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley, children have new experiences, learn new skills and gain new perspectives. DataCT LLC is responsible for the unified administration of Tapes A, B, and C under the CT Plan, acting on behalf of CT Plan LLC under the Administrator mandate. Qualifications, • You bring 4 plus years of compliance experience, ideally from a registered investment adviser, law firm, investment consulting firm, or have practiced law regarding registered investment companies, • You have a strong knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940., • You’re familiar with SEC examination practices and preferably have hands-on experience with both actual and mock exams., • You understand regulatory frameworks beyond the SEC, including CFTC, NFA, and FINRA requirements., • You’re expected to apply your regulatory knowledge to guide clients effectively and ensure their compliance programs are robust and up to date.
