OUR EDUCATIONAL DIRECTOR WILL: • Understand and implement the current curriculum, ensuring our two daycare locations meet all educational goals., • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships with teachers and parents., • Conducting formal and informal teacher observations, staff training and supervising staff on child care programs., • Overseeing student assessments., • Conducting staff training., • Manage daily operations, including funding and ensuring all policy and procedures are met., • Supervision of students and staff. The primary role of the Education Specialist/Coach is to build strengths-based relationships with affiliated providers to support them as needed and, in particular, with implementing high quality play-based instruction.
