Education * Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience required. Work Experience * At least three (3) years of experience in training, operations, hospitality, catering, or a related field is required. * Experience delivering on-the-job training and supporting the delivery of leadership development programs is highly desirable. * Experience in a multicultural, fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Technical Skills * Strong facilitation and presentation skills. * Knowledge of adult learning principles and participant-centered training. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience with LMS platforms and web-based training tools. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Multilingual skills are desirable. You’ll manage the front-of-house team, drive memberships and retail revenue, and maintain a spotless, safe, and welcoming studio in line with brand standards.
