Compensation Regenis is looking for a talented Project Engineer to join the team full-time. This position pays $35-$45 per hour. Job Description This position has broad responsibilities, including but not limited to providing technical support and troubleshooting issues on sites, managing staff and overseeing small or special projects, maintaining safety protocols, implementing site procedures, and participating in and/or managing project commissioning. This position requires working with a wide range of project stakeholders such as site owners, subcontractors, and Regenis staff. At times, job responsibilities may include directing and managing small crews to perform specific work tasks. All work involves flexibility with schedule and requires taking responsibility for projects when needed, within appropriate scope of practice, while adhering to Regenis company policies and standards. Up to 50% travel within the United States required. Key responsibilities: • Must be willing and able to travel to project locations anywhere in the United States for project development assistance, project oversight, and/or project technical support, • Troubleshoot and analyze operational and maintenance problems and provide solutions, working hands on with other O&M staff to train, execute solutions and troubleshooting efforts., • Provide input to estimating process, scope review, budget preparation, • Review and analyze equipment vendor quotes and deliverables to ensure that equipment is designed and sized appropriately to work in the desired application and fits within the overall project needs, • Identify and resolve gaps in vendor-supplied equipment, controls, and materials, • Provide project management for small or special projects as assigned including project commissioning efforts., • Manage work on site, • Manage a project schedule, • Manage a project budget, • Mange subcontractors and Regenis personnel, • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, • Effectively communicate project status to Regenis staff, Owners, and Dairy personnel as needed, • Participate in site reviews and audits that pertain to site safety, winterization, site production, etc., • Document needs, making a corrective or improvement plan, if necessary, and assisting in the execution of any corrective or improvement plans, • Assist in setting maintenance priorities, tracking site performance, providing input on improvement strategies, and assist in implementing improvement strategies, • Maintain daily and weekly project records, • Keep team informed of project status, risks, and successes, • Effectively and proactively communicate with the team about any personnel issues, project details, cost analysis, project estimates, lessons learned, achievements and goals, • Support training and onboarding of new hires, • Schedule and track assignments, • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operation and maintenance tasks as well as safety processes, • Administration and duties associated with Process Safety Management (PSM), • Understand, manage, and enforce Regenis Safety policies, procedures, and standards, • Adhere to assigned work schedule, available nights and weekends (attendance and punctuality)., • Respond to phone messages, emails in timely manner comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, maintaining safety standards at each site, • Be available for and able to provide remote technical support for projects anywhere in the US, • Seek assistance as needed and ask questions in a timely manner and to appropriate staff, • Exemplify and promote Regenis culture with co-workers, project owners, subcontractors, and dairy personnel, • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, • 3+ years of prior experience in management role, • Dairy background a plus, • Current Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, • CPR and First Aid Certification Location This position will be based at the Company’s Greeley, CO location with work in that area and across the U.S. How to Apply Submit your application and resume via the Regenis website: regenis.net/careers EEO Statement Regenis is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes different perspectives.
