GAI Consultants, Inc is seeking an Engineering Intern to work out of our Homestead, Cranberry, or Southpointe, PA office. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment that will utilize their college education and related work experience to develop professionally into a well-rounded engineer with the ability to grow in today's global environment. This is a temporary full-time position at 40 hours a week and a 3-month duration. Additional schedules will be considered. The successful candidate must be eligible to work out of one of the GAI offices listed. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment that will utilize their related experience to develop professionally and grow in today's global environment. Job Duties: • Assist in water/wastewater process and pipeline design projects for industrial and municipal clients., • Assist in Civil Engineering design and calculations for water, wastewater, and stormwater components of Land Development projects., • Participates in technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans., • Filling out and completing permit applications for processing., • Field work may include water sampling, site inspection, and construction administration support including completing field observation reports.
