Cash Application & Reconciliation * Review and reconcile customer accounts regularly. * Ensure accurate application of payments, credits, and adjustments. * Research and resolve unapplied cash or short payments. Reporting & Month-End Support * Prepare AR dashboards, aging summaries, and weekly/monthly management reports. * Assist with the month-end close by reconciling AR subledgers and supporting journal entries. * Provide documentation for audits and internal reviews. Qualifications * 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable, AR analysis, or related accounting experience. * Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis). * Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.). * Ability to collaborate across finance, sales, and operations teams. #ZRCFS
