As a Senior Recruiting Manager, you will run a full desk and play a critical role in driving FTG’s strategic growth. You will act independently, make timely decisions, and move work forward with confidence, even in times of change. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the opportunity for impact is significant. Motivating people and getting results matters more than rigid process. Core Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Client Partnership • Build, grow, and maintain strong client relationships across Colorado (with future expansion into additional markets)., • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders by understanding their business goals, challenges, and culture., • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with confidence and persistence., • Persuade, influence, and gain buy-in from decision-makers. 2. Recruiting & Talent Attraction • Proactively source, engage, and recruit high-caliber professionals across accounting, finance, HR, administrative, and professional roles., • Quickly connect with candidates, communicate fluently, and build trust through positive, engaging conversations., • Guide candidates through career-defining decisions with clarity and conviction. 3. Full-Desk Execution & Results Delivery • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through placement and follow-up., • Balance multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining urgency and accuracy., • Drive your own activity, outcomes, and pipeline performance., • Delegate routine or detail-heavy work when appropriate, while holding others accountable for timely, accurate results., • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and strengthen FTG’s market presence.
