We specialize in residential HVAC with some light commercial work, and we’re known for our commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term careersWhy Join AirTech? • A clear path to $200,000k+ per year, • Sign on bonus - up to 10k, • Quarterly performance bonuses, • Full benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) with employer matching, • PTO + 6 paid holidays, • Your birthday off and paid, • Steady, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs), • Company-provided uniforms, branded truck, and gas card, • Company iPhone and iPadResponsibilities:As an experienced HVAC Comfort Designer, drive residential sales by building strong in-home relationships with customers, assessing their comfort needs, and designing tailored HVAC solutions that deliver exceptional value and performance.Job Duties:, • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored situations, • Generate and close high-quality leads, consistently achieving multi-million-dollar sales goals while providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process., • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships, • Collaborate closely with installation and support teams to ensure seamless project execution and an exceptional overall customer experience, • Drive HVAC sales growth by proactively identifying, prospecting and acquiring new clients in residential sectors.Qualifications:, • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, • In-home sales in HVAC/construction or similar industry, • Proven sales of $2.5M+ for a minimum of 2 years, • Top notch communication, customer service and follow-up skills, • Ability to physically crawl in tight spaces and hot attics for 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times per day and/or climb ladders and traverse roofs
