Project Leadership & Execution • Lead multiple or large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, • Own project outcomes including profitability, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction, • Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, GMPs, and master schedules, • Oversee critical path scheduling, phasing, and sequencing strategies, • Direct subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract execution, • Ensure field teams have complete and accurate project information to execute successfully, • Lead design-phase reviews to ensure alignment with scope, budget, constructability, and risk mitigation, • Partner with owners, architects, and engineers to drive planning and decision-making, • Support contract negotiation and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, • Provide full financial oversight including forecasting, cost control, and profitability, • Review and approve pay applications, change orders, and cost-to-complete projections, • Identify financial risks and opportunities and take corrective action, • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams, • Build strong, lasting relationships that lead to repeat business, • Partner closely with Superintendents to align field and office execution, • Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders, • Lead negotiation and execution of subcontractor and owner change orders, • Ensure scope clarity, pricing accuracy, and proper approvals Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience), • 8–10+ years of experience managing complex commercial and/or industrial construction projects, • Proven success delivering projects $15M–$50M+ (or managing multiple projects), • Advanced knowledge of scheduling, estimating, procurement, and construction systems, • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, • Ability to manage risk, solve complex problems, and lead high-performing teams, • Experience with CMiC, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite, • Strong technical and financial acumen across all phases of construction Physical Requirements: • Ability to navigate active construction sites and office environments, • Climb stairs or ladders as needed, • Work in varying weather and site conditions, • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods What Success Looks Like: • Project Performance: Projects delivered safely, on time, and within budget, • Client Satisfaction: Strong relationships, repeat business, and positive feedback, • Financial Results: Accurate forecasting, strong margins, and controlled risk, • Team Development: High-performing teams with clear growth and engagement, • Operational Excellence: Consistent execution and continuous improvement What We Offer: • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more, • Generous paid time off and holidays, • Career development, mentorship, and leadership training, • A people-first culture where your voice matters Ready to lead complex projects, influence outcomes, and make a lasting impact?
