Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Associate who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound client communications, supporting service follow-ups, and ensuring accurate and timely updates within the CRM system. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, helping maintain strong relationships and contributing to overall service quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Client Communication & Support • Answer incoming client calls promptly and professionally., • Make outbound calls to follow up on service inquiries, scheduled work, or post-service satisfaction checks., • Respond to voicemails, emails, and general inquiries in a timely manner., • Provide clear, accurate information regarding services, appointments, and company policies.Service Coordination & Follow-Up, • Document all client interactions, service updates, and next steps within the CRM., • Follow up on completed services to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns., • Coordinate with internal teams (service, operations, dispatch, sales) to track service progress and relay updates to clients., • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.CRM & Data Entry, • Enter, update, and maintain accurate client information, service notes, and communication logs in the CRM system., • Verify accuracy of client records and correct discrepancies as needed., • Track service tickets, scheduling updates, and workflow statuses.Administrative Support, • Prepare and send customer confirmations, follow-up emails, and related documentation., • Assist with reporting, tracking client trends, and contributing to service improvement initiatives., • Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.Qualifications:, • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, administrative assistance, or a related field., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Proficiency with CRM or client management systems (any platform)., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Preferred, • Experience in service-based industries (e.g., HVAC, healthcare, logistics, field service, or administrative support roles)., • Familiarity with scheduling, dispatching, or service ticket workflows.Hours:, • 8:00am-4:30pm, • Monday through FridayWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeEmployment Type:, • Direct HireBenefit offerings may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
