Job Description Arise/EFR is looking for a Regional Resource Development Specialist The Regional Resource Development Specialist is responsible for assisting the RRDC Manager and Lead RRDS with managing and delivering the program objectives of conversion, repatriation, diversion, waiver administration and resource development. Implementing the NHTD and TBI waivers and improving access to the NHTD and TBI program supports. Meeting with potential waiver participants, determining waiver eligibility and offering individuals the choice of participation in the NHTD and TBI waivers and a choice of waiver Service Coordinators. Job Summary: The Regional Resource Development Specialist is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and approving NHTD and TBI waiver participant Service Plans that are developed by the waiver participant and the Service Coordinator and reviewing revised plans annually to monitor for quality and cost effectiveness. Providing training and technical assistance to Waiver Service Providers on the needs of individuals with disabilities and how to develop waiver Service Plans. Reviewing the information and investigations regarding Serious Reportable Incidents in accordance with the Serious Reportable Incident policy, collaborating with DOH as needed, and providing technical assistance and training to providers on the SRI process as needed.
