    As a Reservationist at PHILADELPHIA TRUCK PARTS, you will be a vital link between our customers and our operations, managing appointments and ensuring a seamless experience for parts pick-ups and order coordination. You will play a crucial role in organizing our scheduling systems and communicating effectively with both customers and our internal teams to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and schedule customer appointments for parts collection or consultation, ensuring optimal use of time and resources., • Coordinate closely with warehouse and sales teams to confirm part availability and prepare orders for customer pick-up or dispatch., • Accurately record, update, and maintain reservation details within our scheduling system., • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers regarding their appointment status, any changes, and necessary preparations., • Address customer inquiries related to order scheduling, logistics, and parts availability., • Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction through organized, responsive, and friendly service.
