Job Description Title: Industrial Electrician Level III Direct Hire Role Relocation Assistance: Available Working Hours: 2nd shift 3 PM - 11 PM +/- depending on business needs Location: Lakewood, NY 14750 (Onsite) Description: • We are looking for a talented Electrician Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our facility in Lakewood, NY., • Troubleshot, assemble, install, test and maintain electrical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable., • Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment., • May work independently and instruct or coach others. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:, • Ensuring Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you'll help maintain a safe working environment., • Compliance and Reporting: Your adherence to HSE standards and prompt reporting of any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will ensure compliance and enhance workplace safety., • Environmental Stewardship: Recognizing the environmental impact of your work and striving to minimize negative effects will contribute to sustainable practices., • Quality Craftsmanship: Applying high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship will ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and processes., • Preventive Maintenance: Providing feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system and supporting equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis will help maintain operational efficiency., • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Your proficiency in troubleshooting, electrical repairs, and maintenance will ensure that equipment operates smoothly and meets applicable codes and standards., • Team Support and Training: By instructing and coaching others, you'll foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment., • Collaborate Effectively: Build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals. Education:, • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations., • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations., • Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience., • One of the following minimum requirements: At least 7 years of experience in a relevant trade field, or, • A Journeyman Trade Certificate with relevant experience, or Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints., • Ability to provide training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices., • Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production., • A 2-year technical degree in a related field, plus 3 years' experience working in the Machine Repair/Industrial Electrical field, • Knowledge and understanding of the NEC and IEC (National Electrical Code and Industrial Electrical Code) is required along with training, authorization, and certification in 70E., • Controls Engineering, • Industrial Automation, • Robotics, • Residential or Commercial Electrical, • Heavy Duty Equipment Maintenance, • Welding and Fabrication, • Machining, • Farming and Agricultural work, specifically maintenance and repair of equipment Tool Program Built for Your Success, • New hires receive a toolbox and all required tools to perform the role, • No upfront cost to you, • These tools are yours to keep at retirement #TB_EN #ZR Why TalentBurst?
