SpendHQ is taking on new challenges and we look forward to continuing to grow the company and team.Where would you fit in the teamThe Solutions team bridges the gap between the Sales Delivery Product and Customer Success. The team exists to accelerate and enhance the sales process by adding credibility objectivity and subject matter expertise during the prospects evaluation of our platform. SpendHQs Solutions Consultants work closely with our sales team to provide support for large deals analyzing the needs of our prospects to demonstrate how SpendHQ can address their pain points and collaboratively determine the best solution.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales Support • Deliver advanced value-focused demos of the SpendHQ platform tailored to customer needs and pain points, • Explain complex AI/ML-driven capabilities in clear business-oriented terms for diverse stakeholders, • Lead or Support Proof of Concept (POC) engagements defining success criteria and demonstrating measurable value, • Support Sales with technical discovery solution design and objection handling, • Assist with proposals solution scoping and RFP/RFI responsesEnablement & Collaboration, • Enable the Sales team through training demo best practices and reusable content, • Ensure smooth handoff from Sales to Delivery by facilitating effective knowledge transfer, • Partner with Account Management to support cross-sell and expansion opportunitiesProduct Marketing & Partnerships, • Share market and customer insights with Product to influence roadmap priorities, • Provide subject-matter expertise to Marketing for customer-facing and thought-leadership content, • Support partner-led sales motions with consulting and technology partnersMarket Awareness & Growth, • Track the competitive landscape and clearly articulate SpendHQ differentiators, • Continuously learn new technologies AI/ML concepts and procurement best practicesCustomer Presence, • Build strong relationships through in-person customer and prospect engagements (up to 25% travel)What skills and experience should you have, • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field, • 2 years of customer-facing SaaS pre-sales experience as a Solutions Consultant or Solutions Engineer (Enterprise B2B preferred), • Procurement spend analytics category management or consulting experience (preferred), • Strong storytelling presentation and demo skills across technical and business audiences, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Customer-first mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile, • Fast learner with high technical curiosity and the ability to quickly adopt new tools and technologies, • Strong digital acumen and comfort working in modern software environments, • Data-comfortable and analytically minded able to work with insights and metrics, • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level, • Collaborative cross-functional team player, • High attention to detail with strong prioritization and time-management skills, • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on strategic fast-moving projectsWhat Well Help You Learn (Your First Months at SpendHQ)First 3060 Days, • Deep understanding of the SpendHQ platform use cases and customer stories, • How SpendHQ applies AI/ML to spend analytics data enrichment and insights and how to explain this clearly to customers, • How to run effective discovery and position value based on customer pain points, • SpendHQs sales process deal stages and how Solutions Consulting supports each phase6090 Days, • Deliver confident customer-ready demos and support live sales cycles, • Lead or co-lead Proof of Concept (POC) engagements with clear success criteria, • Partner effectively with Sales Product Delivery and Account Management, • Handle common technical data and security questions independentlyBeyond 90 Days, • Own solution strategy for deals and expansion opportunities, • Influence product direction by sharing structured customer and market feedback, • Deepen expertise in procurement analytics AI-driven insights and emerging market trends, • Become a trusted advisor to customers and internal teamsWhy do people love working at SpendHQ, • We are the market leader in Spend Intelligence and Procurement Performance Management and are experiencing significant growth, • We are a passionate and collaborative team, • We empower employees to be bold to take initiative and to grow into your role the development of your knowledge and skills will always be encouraged, • We help employees evolve in a multi-cultural environment where their individuality and unique skill sets are valuedAt SpendHQ we are:, • Stronger Together -Everyone plays an important role at SpendHQ.
