Job Description Regional Maintenance Manager The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance process within their assigned territory. This will include managing direct reports and the daily execution of the work order process following the established Brandywine Homes, USA policies and procedures. The employee is required to be well versed in the management of maintenance work orders, and the management of maintenance staff for single family homes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Ensure the staff reviews, analyzes and dispatches maintenance work orders through the system including resident and vendor communication, • Reviewing and approving work orders and supporting the maintenance team with escalated situations, • Process review and development., • Ensure all maintenance work orders are handled in a timely manner, • Review, negotiate, and approve estimates from third party vendors, • Periodically review process and refine as needed to improve team performance, • Manage maintenance tech schedules and ensure KPI’s are being met or exceeded, • Oversee performance management of personnel including creating corrective actions, mentoring, development and performance improvement plans., • Ensure work orders are closed and processed correctly, • Process and approve invoices for all completed jobs., • Assist in onboarding and training third party vendors to Brandywine Homes system and policies and ensure adherence to these policies., • Review and approve hours and mileage reports for maintenance staff WORKING CONDITIONS: • Indoor and outdoor work in non-climate-controlled environments, • May sit or stand for several hours at a time, • Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, • Climb up and down stairs multiple times each day, • Field Work and hands on training with direct reports, • Travel in assigned area as needed for escalation cases, training, and team meetings., • High school diploma or equivalent, • Reliable transportation and active auto insurance, • Experience in maintenance repair standards, • Above average ability to communicate with others and work as part of a team, • Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Google Suite; the ability to learn new software, • Knowledge of rental property management standards and practices This is a hybrid position that works Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM but requires flexibility. Job DescriptionPURPOSE Assist the Guest Experience Pastor by providing weekend service coordination and daily administrative support to the GE volunteer-based ministries. RESPONSIBILITIES • You are part one of one team taking ownership and responsibility for the care and keeping of this house. You stay willing and eager to serve in big and small ways, from welcoming guests to picking up trash., • Coordinate and schedule Pastor’s one-on-one meetings., • Process volunteer applications, schedule and facilitate leader and volunteer interviews, and run background checks for leaders., • Manage all GE ministry information for the church management database (Rock), Eventbright website, and Planning Center Online., • Develop metrics for the first-time guest re-engagement and support other ministries in developing effective follow-up processes., • Facilitate volunteer communication for team assignments, weekend services, and other events in both written/verbal communication and on PCO., • Assist GE Pastor with ensuring consistency in weekly systems and procedures by regularly meeting with team leaders and other volunteers., • Assist in overseeing all GE ministries withing the department (Café, Greeters, New Here, Parking Lot, Translation, Ushers), • Assist GE Pastor with streamlining all GE processes for Sunday services and in all other departments requiring host services (Childrens, Youth, Young Adults, special events for all Small Groups), • Assist GE Pastor with implementing the vision of GE with all necessary resources (training, manuals, and communications) with an emphasis on welcoming, informing, serving, and caring for each guest., • Establishing and implementing quality standards that create a healthy growing GE culture by recruiting, training, and developing volunteers., • Assist GE Pastor with recruiting and developing volunteers for GE leadership roles, and coordinating bi-annual one step conversations with those interested in leadership., • Assist GE Pastor with communicating with StratMark team to ensure that GE is in alignment with campus/global marketing initiatives., • Assist GE Pastor in creating structures of volunteer teams to assist the ministry and partner with individuals and small groups., • Work with the IT Department to develop new and improved methods of maximizing reporting., • Coordinate with the central team for any pop-up sales or Victory sponsored merchandise, and communicate desired inventory specific to the campus or ministry., • Attend weekly service flow meetings and communicate weekly service details to staff., • Prepare weekend attendance report and submit to the SET., • Perform other duties as assigned.
