Job Description Pfister Energy is seeking an AI/Automation Engineer (AI Integrator) to help drive innovation by implementing artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven solutions across the organization. This role will work across departments to identify opportunities where AI and advanced technologies can improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support smarter decision-making within our renewable energy operations. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of how technology can improve real-world business processes. This position will play a key role in helping the company evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that support long-term growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency across the organization., • Design, implement, and integrate AI-driven tools and software solutions into existing company systems and workflows., • Analyze operational and project data to support forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making., • Develop and maintain data pipelines and system integrations that support AI-enabled applications., • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to translate business needs into practical technology solutions., • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement., • Support the deployment and adoption of new technologies and automation tools across departments., • Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of AI-related systems and integrations., • Provide guidance and support to internal teams as new technologies are implemented. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience., • Experience working with artificial intelligence, automation technologies, or data-driven software solutions., • Strong understanding of software systems, system integrations, and modern IT infrastructure., • Familiarity with cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)., • Ability to evaluate business processes and develop technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance., • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Experience working with AI or machine learning tools., • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, data infrastructure, or modern software development environments., • Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually.
