We're currently seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Concierge to join our team and serve as the first point of contact in one of our luxury properties. What You’ll Do As a Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face and helpful resource for residents, visitors, and vendors. Your role is key in maintaining a secure, friendly, and efficient environment. Requirements: Required: • High school diploma or equivalent, • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience, • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills, • Tech-savvy; comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends), • Experience in residential or hotel concierge roles, • Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions
