Position Overview Support individuals within the Merchandising team by coordinating program details, including but not limited to product assortment, labels, packaging, pricing, factsheet creation, product setup, Vault loading, and overall tracking and management of programs once handed off by Merchant. This includes program coordination, product setup duties and administrative functions for GovMint.com. Support all sales channels (Ecommerce, Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Catalog/Print, and Marketplaces) with setup and maintenance of product SKUs being sold through multiple platforms. The Merchandising Support Specialist is accountable for meeting deadlines and objectives for assigned projects, delivering robust quality of work, and driving continuous improvement of the Merchandising Support Team and their function within the organization. Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities • Coordinating Programs:, • Receive program plan from Merchant(s) you're assigned to and execute on designated tasks to ensure program deadlines are met., • Disseminate program information through AMS departments and answer related questions as needed., • Maintain vendor communications as needed and be a representative for AMS., • Management of program assortments received from Merchant, while coordinating necessary packaging and labels with vendors., • Work with the Procurement team as needed for ordering product and collateral., • Product Setup Activities for all Channels:, • Responsible for creating SKUs for all sales channels. Setup includes part numbers, bill of materials, photos, costs and prices being entered within the ERP system., • Take direction from the Merchandising team and execute SKU creation and maintenance functions to support the product setup effort., • ERP and Internal Sales Platform Setup and Maintenance:, • Load and maintain items in Vault/Connex (internal sales platform) for Outbound/Inbound sales, including updating sales points, retails, and inventory visibility as needed., • Identify and communicate issues and errors found within Vault/Connex (sales platform) and Ecometry (ERP) with IT or Marketing departments to resolve promptly.Additional Functions, Duties & Accountabilities, • Actively serve as a member of the Merchandising Team., • Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs., • Actively and positively contribute to the overall success of GovMint.com through regular contributions to the general management of the company., • Support the company and other departments wherever and whenever your skills and experience would be beneficial., • Uphold and promote AMS's values of Integrity, Creativity, and Collaboration in all relationships with customers, suppliers, fellow employees, and other stakeholders, • Ensure confidentiality and full and complete safeguarding of the company's trade secrets and any of our business clients' customer lists and related records. RequirementsEducational Requirements, • Two-year associate's degree or experiential equivalent required.Experience and Skills, • Attention to detail is essential., • 1+ year experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system of any kind., • Cross-department communication and coordination., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while working in a fast-paced environment., • Demonstrate active learning and willingness to grow within the organization., • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
