We are currently seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Master (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US). Job Responsibilities Include: The role is for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master, responsible for supporting teams operating within the Legal and Compliance space. The individual acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, focusing on Assurance & Legal applications. Business Analyst Duties: • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, gather documentation, and ensure clarity., • Collaborate with technology teams to interpret and translate requirements into actionable development tasks., • Manage end-to-end delivery of requests using Agile methodology., • Maintain documentation including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and UAT materials., • Support SDLC processes, including coordination, tracking, and reporting. Scrum Master Duties: • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)., • Track team progresses and remove impediments., • Use tools like Jira, Excel, Confluence, etc., to monitor deliverables., • Ensure strong communication between business stakeholders and development teams. Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years of Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Scrum Master in an Agile environment., • 5+ years of Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and understanding of project frameworks., • 5+ years of Experience preparing requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and UAT scripts., • 5+ years of Experience in requirements translation, workflow analysis, process design, and use-case. Preferred Skills: • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables., • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across levels., • Familiarity with Jira, dashboards, and status reporting., • Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across teams., • Provide business analysis coverage for Assurance and Legal Technology initiatives., • Translate business requirements into technical specifications/documentation., • Promote Agile culture, values, and principles across the organization. Travel: This position requires someone who can travel to Client Office at least 60%(Hybrid). Preferred location: New York City.
