Job DescriptionRole Overview UATX is seeking a Producer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of video and multimedia projects across the institution. This role blends production management with hands-on technical work. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coordinating contractors and crews as they are behind a camera or in an editing timeline. You will own productions from concept through delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality that is on brand with the institution. Key Responsibilities Production & Project Management Serve as lead producer on video and media projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Plan and manage logistics for shoots, including scheduling, locations, equipment, releases, and run-of-show.Hire, brief, and manage external contractors (DPs, camera operators, sound, editors, motion designers, etc.).Coordinate internal stakeholders across communications, events, academics, and leadership.Maintain production calendars and ensure smooth execution across multiple concurrent projects. Job Description Event Producer This role allows for working from home but requires regular attendance of client meetings, events, site inspections, etc. in person. Applicants must be based in either Houston, Austin, or San Antonio to be considered for this role.
