Job Description Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the general Houston area, the Field Services Technician (40 hours per week) is responsible for the on-going support of the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to pack and ship designated medical devices as well as execute any other tasks as agreed to with the facility. Communicates with the MD regarding the patient’s abnormal findings or difficulties., • Is accountable for maintaining and improving his/her own radiology technical knowledge and skills (Radiology Technologist Competence), • Introduces self to patient and/or family members and explains procedures., • Participates in training and continuing education programs., • Develops self by seeking out new learning experiences., • Ensures that annual in services include updates in CPR, Back and Fire Safety, Universal Precautions and Code Blue.
