Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Capital Projects (Water Utility) to lead the construction phase of complex infrastructure initiatives across California and neighboring states. In this role, you will manage statewide capital projects within the water utility sector, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with design, schedule, and budget requirements.
