Accountability • Responsible for transporting medications, documents, and patients, • Arrive at each pick-up location in a timely manner., • Safely and responsibly operate vehicles following all traffic laws and company policies., • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and daily activities., • Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo at all times., • Maintain a safe and clean vehicles by performing daily inspections and cleaning as needed., • Assist with delivery of items during shift., • Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while driving., • Foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among fellow colleagues., • Provide excellent customer service by answering passenger questions and addressing concerns., • Assist passengers with disabilities as needed. Operate wheelchair lifts or assist passengers with mobility challenges., • Attend and participate in training and development opportunities to improve driving and customer service skills., • Assist passengers with boarding, unloading, and luggage handling, if applicable., • Effectively communicate with passengers, addressing their needs and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism., • Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shuttle operation., • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during transit, including vehicle malfunctions or passenger disputes., • Drive efficiently to conserve fuel and reduce operational costs., • Monitor and manage passenger capacity to optimize profitability., • Suggest cost-saving and revenue-generating ideas to improve profitability. You must possess excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, • 2+ years’ experience driving a commercial vehicle., • Clean driving record and adherence to all safety regulations., • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor., • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally., • Strong sense of accountability and reliability., • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Valid Class B Drivers License., • $19.50 - $22.00 per hour., • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage for full-time, eligible employees., • Flexible Spending Accounts full-time, eligible employees, • 401k, • Vacation/Sick for full-time and part-time employees, • Holiday full-time and part-time employees
