Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse/Delivery Employee Reports To: Currently to VP of Ops FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: Responsible for maintaining stock inventory, pulling orders and making deliveries according to designated work orders by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Assists in maintaining all stock inventories for warehouse. Marks and labels stock., 2. Follows flow chart procedures., 3. Fills work orders by obtaining the required merchandise and completing appropriate paperwork., 4. Assists with product and or material staging to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves., 5. Maneuvers heavy materials with the use of fork lift, pallet and hand truck as required., 6. Unloads shipping trucks as required. Loads and unloads material., 7. Reports any concerns or material discrepancies to supervisor., 8. Delivers materials to job sites in a timely manner., 9. Operates company vehicle in a professional, safe and courteous manner., 10. Ensures delivery vehicles are clean and maintained in good working condition., 11. Maintains tools and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner., 12. Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations., 13. Assists with warehouse maintenance including but not limited to groundskeeping, snow removal and basic building and equipment repair., 14. Performs other related duties as assigned. Prior experience in warehouse and delivery preferred. Valid and clean driver’s license. Must be 21 or over and have had a driver’s license for 3 years to drive company vehicles. CDL license preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to pass a DOT physical every two years. Certificates and Licenses: · Valid driver's license, OSHA 10 hour card, Lull certification, Forklift certification (company will assist in obtaining these certifications if applicant doesn’t currently have them).
