Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Trusts & Estates Litigation Partner to join our esteemed legal team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned attorney who specializes in fiduciary litigation and has a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pleadings, motions, depositions, and trials. You will be responsible for managing complex trusts and estates litigation matters, providing superior client service, and contributing to the growth and development of the department. Responsibilities: • Manage complex Trusts & Estates litigation matters from start to finish, including depositions, court appearances, hearings, and motion practice., • Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and conduct legal research., • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials., • Admission to the New York state Bar and in good standing., • Minimum 10 years of experience in sophisticated T&E litigation, including Surrogate’s Court matters., • Minimum $500K portable book of business required., • Proven experience in pleadings, motions, depositions, trials, and client relationship management., • Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills., • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations pertaining to trusts and estates litigation.
