Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: PickleRage is one of the fastest-growing indoor pickleball club franchises in the country, backed by a world-class leadership team and a rapidly expanding national footprint. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Franchise Sales Associate / Lead Qualifier to be an initial point of contact for our prospective franchisees. This role is responsible for handling inbound franchise inquiries, qualifying candidates, moving them into the due-diligence pipeline, and supporting the full administrative rhythm of the Franchise Development department—including coordination of all Discovery Day information and logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, operationally strong, and excited to represent one of the most exciting concepts in franchising. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Qualification & First Contact • Respond to inbound franchise leads within established timelines ("speed to lead")., • Conduct introductory calls to assess motivation, financial qualifications, timeline, and operational fit., • Schedule next-step calls and ensure prospects understand expectations. CRM & Pipeline Management • Maintain accurate records for all leads in HubSpot (or applicable CRM)., • Update lead statuses, call notes, follow-up tasks, and progression milestones., • Monitor engagement (webinar attendance, email opens, FDD receipt, etc.)., • Deliver a polished, professional first impression of PickleRage., • Clearly explain the brand, investment range, protected territory model, and process steps., • Provide candidates with resources: webinar links, brochures, FDD access instructions, and scheduling links. The Franchise Sales Associate plays a central role in ensuring a smooth and impressive Discovery Day experience. Responsibilities include: Pre-Discovery Day • Send Discovery Day invitation, agenda, hotel recommendations, and travel details., • Coordinate schedules for dinner the evening prior (for those flying in) and morning arrival., • Ensure all candidates are prepared with:, • Comfortable shoes and clothing for CushionX court play, • Required documentation completed (FDD receipt, questionnaire, etc.), • Directions to the PickleRage club, • Confirm attendance and arrival times., • Coordinate with local team members for facility access and player experience., • Invite and register candidates for weekly Franchise Overview Webinars., • Track attendance and complete immediate follow-up touches., • Work closely with the VP(s) of Franchise Development to maintain a strong, qualified pipeline., • Provide weekly lead analytics, conversion trends, and bottleneck insights. Required • 1–3 years in inside sales, franchise development support, call center, or lead qualification., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly., • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities., • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)., • Experience in franchising, real estate, fitness, wellness, pickleball, or hospitality industries., • Understanding of franchise compliance rules.
