ABOUT THE POSITION Jolt seeks an experienced Development Director who will play a key role in the continued success and growth of the organization’s mission and to elevate Jolt’s fundraising program to raise the funds necessary to transform Texas. In partnership with the Executive Director, the Development Director is responsible for advancing the organization's goals including annual giving, major gifts, foundation grants, corporate support, and special events, as well as building relationships in the community. The Development Director will work with the Executive Director and other leaders to set the strategic direction for the execution of all fundraising and development communications activities.
