Job Description The selected individual will focus on developing strategic sponsorship sales to generate and drive revenue for our client. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Secure multiyear/multimillion-dollar sponsorships for our client, • Work w/ our client to identify possible sponsorship collateral and assets, • Contribute to the revenue development and overall growth of the business, expanding existing partnerships and identifying new relationships, • Craft specific partner packages/decks, • Leverage knowledge/relationships w/ brands and sponsorship agencies, • Building, refining, updating, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, • Maintain a consistent pulse on cultural landscape (music, art, film, fashion, culinary); understand what is relevant, trending, and next, • Minimum of 10 years in sponsorship sales/marketing experience preferably with an entertainment venue or sports team, • Personal relationships/contacts with C-level executives at top companies, • Strong knowledge of sponsorship sales, marketing and corporate community strategies, • Well-versed and experienced in ad sales, prospecting, pursuing, and developing new sponsorship partnerships. BA degree in Business or Marketing, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; easily adapts to digital team/project management software and systems. Job Description We are prepping to open a brand new location at Grove St Station, and currently building our leadership team. Ideally, we'd like to hire someone that can do their leadership training at one of our currently open Crumbl locations prior to the Grand Opening in Jersey City. Who are we looking for?
