Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead the onboarding process for new retail store partners, ensuring clear communication of program guidelines, expectations, and benefits., • Initiate and manage relationships with retail stores and partner agencies throughout the Food Bank's 23-county service area., • Serve as the primary customer service contact for newly onboarded stores and agencies via in-person visits, phone calls, and email communication., • Conduct outreach to retail locations in rural, suburban, and urban communities to expand program participation., • Clearly explain the benefits of participating in the Retail Rescue Program, address concerns, and remove barriers to participation., • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to:, • Map store and agency locations, • Match stores with appropriate partner agencies, • Monitor performance and identify over- or under-performing product categories, • Monitor donation activity and generate reports to evaluate program growth and effectiveness., • Ensure accurate partner information and maintain up-to-date records in food donor and inventory management software., • Track and reconcile donation poundage reporting to ensure timely and accurate documentation., • Identify and communicate food quality, service, or operational issues to the Manager with recommended solutions., • Support partner recognition efforts, including certificates of appreciation, thank-you letters, and other communications., • Assist with drafting and coordinating partner communications, newsletters, and outreach materials., • Participate in trainings, meetings, presentations, conferences, and relevant webinars., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following all safety standards and procedures., • Work independently and collaboratively across departments in support of the Food Bank's mission., • Adhere to the Food Bank's Employee Code of Conduct.
