Job DescriptionJob Description: Automotive Porter Lot Attendant The Automotive Porter Lot Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to the maintenance and service of vehicles. This position interacts daily with the Product Specialist, Service Managers, Sales Managers, support staff and customers, just to name a few. The goal of a Porter Lot Attendant is to ensure that our customer is 100% happy with the delivery of their car. The goal of the Claims Specialist is to support the Product Safety Team by handling Claims with professionalism, care and urgency, making sure claims are reported and being handled in a timely manner. To achieve the highest performance, the person in this position is expected to maintain effective and timely communication with key customers, claims adjusters, stakeholders and leaders within the department, team, and cross-department where applicable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
