Job DescriptionSalary: Location: Preferred Austin, TX (w/hybrid work schedule) Reports to: Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy Made In is looking for a curious, collaborative, and creatively-minded Creative Strategy Coordinator to support our growing Performance Marketing team. In this role, youll help power the performance creative processfrom identifying trends to concepting ideas and analyzing results. Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy, you'll contribute to the production of best-in-class ads that drive results across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, a sharp creative eye, and a strong interest in how creativity and performance intersect. Youll work cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, BI, and Paid Media teams, and play a key role in shaping content that drives sales. Key Responsibilities • Support the development of creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, AppLovin, CTV, and more., • Write clear, actionable creative briefs for static and video ads, tailored to each platforms best practices., • Contribute to content creation by editing short-form video, generating concepts, and supporting in-studio production days in Austin., • Source, vet, and onboard high-quality UGC creators, managing the process from outreach to recruitment., • QA creative assets to ensure brand, platform, and performance alignment., • Analyze creative performance data to identify trends and inform testing strategies., • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop compelling ideas, hooks, and formats., • Maintain a structured creative testing roadmap, tracking iterations, results, and insights., • Ensure all creative execution aligns with strategic goals outlined in briefs., • Stay current on emerging trends in digital advertising, social media, and consumer behavior., • Organize and maintain creative assets, documentation, and reports for easy team access. Use research and build relationships to understand customer applications to help determine where sales opportunities reside and convert opportunities into new business, • Contact and meet regularly with current and prospective customers to develop and embrace the relationship, • Plan, execute, and follow up on product demonstrations, • Understand and review product drawings, 3D models, and bills of material of all configurations for use in presenting products, their options, and proposals to prospective customers. The Sales Specialist will support the Regional Director of Sales, Regional Director of Operations and Community Executive Directors by working at various Discovery communities in their effort to achieve greater community occupancy and sales goals. The goal of this position is to support a community during an SLC vacancy and/or work with a community that has occupancy and census challenges to increase occupancy.
