Job Description Position Summary Provide medical care to a wide variety of patients in a medical office, administer Botox and filler injections, as well as perform non-surgical treatments as elective procedures in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies, procedures, and all other governing standards. Duties and Responsibilities • Update patient records and check records for accuracy, • Provide ongoing patient education, • Make appropriate referrals to other health professionals and community agencies, • Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions, • Obtain medical clearance as appropriate for complex medical health history patients, • Prescribe pharmacologic agents and non-pharmacologic therapies, • Assess client at time of consultation and identify health and medical risk factors, • Inject Botox and fillers in accordance with NYS standards, • Perform non-surgical, elective procedures in accordance with NYS standards, • Accurately document treatment, follow-up and/or client concerns in chart using approved guidelines/forms for procedure, • Take before and after photos on all clients and download to computer, • Determine the effectiveness of the treatment plan with documentation of client care outcomes, • Reassess and modify the plan as necessary to achieve health and esthetic goals, • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction, • Ensure client has an excellent experience by minimizing pain and ensuring comfort level at all times, • Immediately counsel with Physician for any client concerns or problems, • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Medical Spa and Longevità Medical services and of medical-grade skincare product lines retailed. Recommend and promote products to client, • Consult and educate client on all aspects of the Medical Spa and Longevità Medical, • Actively build repeat clientele by ensuring on-going high level of customer satisfaction, • Research, present, and implement necessary steps for introducing new products and treatments, • Prepare and participate in social media and marketing efforts, seminars and educational videos Qualifications and Required Licensure and Certifications • Master of Science Degree in an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, • National Certification by an Approved Board preferred, • DEA License, • New York State license, • BLS and ACLS certification, • 3+ years of nursing experience, • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, • Excellent follow-up and organizational skill, • Knowledge of and ability to apply medical principles, procedures and techniques, • Proficient in Electronic Health Records Physical Demands of Job • Ability to work under stress, moderate periods of sitting, walking, standing and computer use. Physician (New York) – Telehealth Mental Health for Healthcare Professionals Location: Remote (Telehealth – New York) Position Type: (2-8 hrs/wk) | Remote | Contract Position Overview Tend Health is seeking a licensed physician (MD/DO) Licensed in New York to provide assessments and medication management via telehealth. This role involves working collaboratively with psychologists who provide psychotherapy to shared clients, primarily healthcare professionals, including medical residents and fellows. The ideal candidate is looking to expand their clinical practice in a concierge-style telehealth model within an innovative and growing startup. Key Responsibilities • Conduct brief and ongoing assessments and medication management, • Provide seamless support through secure video sessions, phone, and messaging platforms, • Tailor services to meet client needs with flexible scheduling, • Engage in case discussions and collaborate with psychologists and other health providers, • Education: MD/DO in Psychiatry, Family Medicine or relevant specialty, licensed to practice in New York.
