POSITION AT A GLANCE Location: Within 1 hour proximity of any Hunter location Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay: $120,000 to $165,000/year - based on experience WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior Parts Pricing Manager, you’ll drive data-informed decision-making across the organization with a focus on pricing strategy, profitability, and market competitiveness. You will: ➤ Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership ➤ Manage and develop team members responsible for pricing system updates and data accuracy ➤ Develop and maintain parts pricing models to optimize margin and competitiveness ➤ Ensure accuracy of online customer pricing systems and internal pricing structures ➤ Analyze cost structures, supplier pricing, and competitive data to recommend optimal pricing strategies ➤ Partner with IT to enhance reporting capabilities and data accessibility ➤ Support Parts Department with pricing guidance aligned to margin and market objectives ➤ Monitor pricing reports, margin performance, and sales trends to identify opportunities ➤ Identify underperforming products, margin leakage, and pricing optimization opportunities ➤ Prepare dashboards, reporting, and analysis for leadership review and strategic decisions ➤ Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure consistent pricing execution ➤ Provide training and communication on pricing strategies, policies, and updates ➤ Validate cost data, vendor terms, and rebate structures in partnership with Finance ➤ Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing to maintain market competitiveness ➤ Recommend process improvements and tools to streamline pricing activities ➤ Support strategic initiatives including promotions, incentive programs, and M&A analysis ➤ Travel up to 10% as needed for branch visits, training, and business meetings ➤ Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all health and safety policies WHAT YOU BRING ◆ Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred., • Five or more years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, data analytics, or related fields., • Experience in the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry preferred., • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g.,Procede, CDK, SAP) preferred. ◆ Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel required, including day and overnight trips for branch visits, training, and company meetings ◆ Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and walking; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Vision abilities include close, distance, and color vision.
