Job Description HHA-Home Health Aide Cobble Hill Health Center is a not-for-profit long-and short-term care facility providing services to the disabled and elderly for over 40 years. The Home Health Aid (HHA) plays an integral role in helping us to achieve our vision: to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in residential and community care.
