Position Summary The Hourly Supervisor serves as the primary on-floor hospitality leader, responsible for supporting daily operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service execution, and consistent adherence to the Performance Center's hospitality standards. This role provides day-to-day leadership for the hospitality team, coordinates shift execution, supports training and coaching, and partners closely with management and culinary leadership to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Service Excellence • Ensure hospitality standards are consistently executed throughout every meal period., • Conduct operational walkthroughs before, during, and after service., • Verify cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all guest-facing areas., • Coordinate effectively with culinary leadership to ensure timely food delivery and smooth service., • Support catering functions, team events, and special hospitality activations. Operational Standards • Complete opening and closing operational checklists., • Monitor inventory of service supplies and communicate replenishment needs., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation., • Ensure equipment is operating properly and report maintenance concerns promptly., • Protect confidential information while working around players, coaches, executives, and ownership. Safety & Compliance • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards., • Follow all company policies and operational procedures., • Maintain an inspection-ready environment throughout each shift., • Report safety concerns, incidents, or operational issues immediately. Qualifications & ExperienceRequired • Minimum three years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, private club, corporate dining, or luxury service environments., • Previous experience as a trainer, lead, shift leader, or supervisor preferred., • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills., • Proven ability to motivate and coach team members., • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail., • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional guest service., • Food Handler Certification required upon employment. Preferred • Experience in luxury hospitality, executive dining, professional sports, or upscale restaurant operations., • Experience serving executive-level guests, athletes, or VIP clientele., • Knowledge of elevated service standards and hospitality etiquette.
