Our work spans urban health systems to single-provider rural practices, serving children from diverse communities including those from low-income families and medically underserved regions. This is a newly created position, reflecting a period of significant growth and investment for the Pennsylvania affiliate. As Program Manager for Central and South-Central Pennsylvania, you will serve as a primary point of contact for approximately 85–100 clinical sites across a defined geographic territory. You will build and sustain relationships with medical providers, assess program quality and fidelity, and help sites thrive through hands-on support and creative problem-solving. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of Case Managers responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to children and families within the CUA (Community Umbrella Agency) framework. You will also supervise a Case Aide and an Outcome Specialist. Your guidance and support will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with agency standards, and positive outcomes for the families we serve. Work includes assigning cases, reviewing case activities, determining training and developmental needs, training employees, reviewing worker performances, and initiating corrective action when necessary. Job Description POSITION: Residential Aide (Part-Time/Full-Time) DEPARTMENT: ODAAT/Shelter Services REPORTS TO: Lead Residential Aide/After Hours Manager Job Description PROGRAM SUMMARY: One Day AT A Time (ODAAT) is a Program Partner of the Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC). ODAAT houses men and women who are afflicted by addiction and homelessness. Case management services and prevention for HIV/AIDS is also offered at select locations. Through our holistic array of services, ODAAT consumers can expect the support of staff to bring systems together to achieve positive outcomes. Staff offers support in the following areas: recovery coaching and mentoring, linkage to health and social services, transitional housing, and community outreach. POSITION SUMMARY: This position offers provisional care to clients and supports the operation of the ODAAT Shelter Programs. Specifically, the Residential Aide provides services to consumers in a therapeutic residential setting in accordance with established program objectives and the treatment goals of each individual being served. Shelters operate 24-hours per day, seven days per week. The core responsibility of the Residential Aide includes the continued assurance of the safety and security of the residents within the facility. The work is performed under general supervision. As a member of an ACT team, the CTT nurse provides an array of health care support to consumers, other team members and service providers. Utilizing the Community Support Program model, the CTT nurse routinely assesses the psychiatric and physical health care needs of these persons. The incumbent develops a strengths-oriented treatment/service plan that addresses consumer health care needs through the identification and utilization of community resources. The nurse is responsible for ensuring that the mission, goals and philosophy of CTT are operationalized within the team; especially as they apply to health care services. Provides care appropriate to the age and ethnic/cultural background of the consumer.
