customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction., • Basic level skill in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)., • Completion of a Post Graduate residency program preferred but not required, • At least 3 years of experience in home care, specialty pharmacy or hospital setting., •
