Job Description Responsibilities: • Coordinate the scanning of cakes for stores and ensure couriers are prepared by 7 am (Dun, Kenn, Vin, and BH). The Collier should be the last driver to leave by 7:30 am, and if the load is extra-large, two drivers should depart., • On Wednesdays, oversee one driver to deliver all supplies to stores if they don’t fit in CC and Dec., • Manage courier deliveries, including daily invoice processing, printing, and editing gift cards. Ensure accurate pulling of cakes, cupcakes, etc., matching invoices and cards. Mark each invoice with the number of boxes, adding a sticky note with the name if necessary., • Oversee shipping operations, including daily invoice processing, editing gift cards, printing UPS stickers, packing, and shipping., • Count cookies, brownies, 5-layer bars, and cupcakes and enter amounts in the inventory system after 10 am. Scan any remaining cakes in the computer after 10 am., • Conduct freezer inventory counts on Fridays and enter counts into the computer system., • Pull all supplies on Tuesdays and send them to stores on Wednesdays. Provide copies of send lists to Barb along with daily paperwork. Check in SE paper orders, ensuring completeness and correct placement., • Assist with Stacy’s deliveries to be taken out to the party room or call center room. Help with putting away deliveries when needed., • Ensure drivers bring back trays and pound cake tins daily. Combine cupcake trays in proof boxes, count cupcakes, cookies, etc., and enter them into the computer by 10 am., • Clean white trays inside and out, including bottoms and tins, removing labels., • Make shipping boxes and clean out any returned pound cake tins with wipes, drying and stacking them on racks with lids off., • Keep proof boxes clean, with ledges wiped of frosting, and ensure all trays are labeled with day dots and combined by flavor and day, filling up as many trays as possible., • Always use the oldest cupcakes, cookies, brownies, etc., first. Sweep the area around proof boxes after leaving., • Take out trash and replace with clean trash bags. Ensure enough small and medium boxes are stacked on top of the cookie rack., • Clean the area by shipping daily and take all dirty, empty cookie/brownie containers and sheet trays to the dish machine., • Maintain a neat and organized distribution area every day, ensuring all empty boxes are taken out., • Perform necessary maintenance tasks on vans, including oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Refuel vans every Tuesday and Friday, using Barb’s American Express card., • Retrieve email from fill all cupcake orders. Wrap them in film., • Score cakes into 10 cuts and slice all cakes, ensuring cleanliness of the knife. Verify all slices are consistent sizes., • Place all slices in stickered clamshells and place them on bread racks for delivery. Enter emailed orders after confirming they are filled., • Print three copies of the invoice and ensure there are three invoices with every delivery, with the extra invoice going to Barb along with the order attached. Place them in the slot outside Barb’s office., • Coordinate with call center staff to make boxes and sticker clamshells.

Job DescriptionCourier Connection is seeking dynamic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team at the Atlanta International Airport – Domestic Terminal in Atlanta, GA ! As a driver you will accomplish all activities in line with customers guidelines while adhering to safety regulations. Drivers will work and abide by all safety protocols and procedures established by Courier Connection and the Atlanta airport. Drivers will perform all essential functions listed below but will not be limited to them. Operational needs will determine what tasks and functions need to be completed on any given day. Shift: Wednesday - Saturday • Loading and unloading of all equipment on trucks, • Fill pre-trip and post-trip inspection book & perform mandatory safety checks of the vehicle for each shift, • Ensure loading the products into vehicles according to plan, • Ensure on-time delivery of all items for each location as outlined in the manifest, in a safe, responsible manner and in compliance with all state laws and transportation regulations., • Ensure compliance of loading according to the procedures in place, • Secure all products before delivery to the specified location, • Install protective devices: such as bracing, padding, strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported, • Observe the proper use of equipment, • Proper utilization and compliance with all relative technology provided to complete daily job functions, • Follow all procedure for health, safety and security, • Maintain clean working area, maintain clean loading docks, maintain clean equipment, • Ensure cleaning of the vehicle and the area around the dock after each shift, • Implementation of all current and new operation procedures, • Communicate by phone to supervisors and dispatchers to provide updates/issues on current location, • Communication to leadership if a safety risk is presented, • Understanding and awareness of a rapidly changing work environment, • Perform other duties assignedREQUIREMENTS:, • TSA Background Check Required, • All candidates must be 21 years of age or older, • Must have valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, • Must have a Current Class B commercial driver’s license, • Must have an active DOT physical card, • Must have or be able to acquire a DOT Medical Card, • Prior experience with TSA credentialing is a plus, • Ability to pass all required airport security clearance, • Ability to read, write, and speak in English, • Understanding and ability to use and manage technological devices, • Be diligent, punctual, and reliable, • Ability to adapt to new operating procedures, • Awareness to safety risks, • Ability to communicate issues and knowledge gaps, • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends (depending on assigned shift) and work overtime when required, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Experience on US airport tarmac strongly recommended, • Understand the rules of hygiene, safety and security, • Authorization to work in the USA for any employer, • Physical ability to lift, unload, and move up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 90 lbs., • Physical ability to operate a pallet jack on and off docks as well as lift gate, moving material up to 2000 lbs., • Physical ability to operate hand-truck safely to move product weighing up to 200 lbs. for distances up to 100 ft., • Physical ability to maneuver loaded hand carts over a variety of inclines and surfaces., • Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and be able to drive for a significant period of time., • Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb, or crawl., • Medical Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Paid Holidays HvTNCh48Lk

A Fleet Maintenance Coordinator at a last mile delivery company typically handles various duties and responsibilities. Here are some key tasks associated with this role: Fleet Maintenance and Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, schedule routine servicing, and manage vehicle inspections to ensure the fleet's optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Hiring Immediately for Dayshift: Tuesday - Saturday • Perform a weekly inspection of all vehicles to check the tire pressure, oil level and tire tread wear to ensure each vehicle is operating safely and efficiently., • Schedule and coordinate of all preventative maintenance and repair work on fleet vehicles., • Review daily driver logs to address any reported safety, maintenance, or mechanical concerns., • Implement a monthly interior and exterior cleaning schedule for company vehicles., • Maintain an inventory of vehicle equipment supplies; spare tires, motor oil, wiper blades, phone holders etc...., • Provide roadside assistance to drivers with mechanical issues or flat tires (must be willing to change vehicle tires), • Performance Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to fleet operations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-fuel consumption, maintenance cost, and equipment utilization. Generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities., • Compliance and Safety: Understanding and knowledge of state and federal regulations to ensure compliance for vehicles., • Ensure the telematics application is operational on each driver’s phone., • Vendor and Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and other external vendors.
