Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client on-site in Hackensack, NJ. This is a full-time employee role paid hourly and is overtime eligible. 3-5 years of relevant work experience with international mail and/or parcel logistics is required. This position is a liaison between Billing, Commercial, Support, Operations, and customers to ensure all customer specifications are met. A key focus of this position is timely and effective communication with internal and external customers regarding all inquiries. This position will be based at our Hackensack, NJ facility.
