Description Work as a full-time Staff Research Associate in a cutting-edge thoracic oncology research laboratory under the mentorship of the Principal Investigator, Dr. Bryan Burt, that focuses on novel, high-impact solutions for the clinical issues of patients with thoracic cancers. Projects in the lab include: 1. determining actionable immunoproteogenomic determinants of the response and resistance to immunotherapy in thoracic cancers,, 2. investigating a novel mass spectroscopy-based platform to improve the intraoperative diagnosis and surgical margin assessment in lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies, and, 3. the design of innovative biomedical and surgical devices to accelerate project 1 and 2 and to improve surgical care.
