Job Description Private Swim Instructor (Independent Contractor) InstaSwim is seeking to partner with professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in our clients' private homes & community pools across your local area! We supply the client leads, you set your own schedule. With the ability to choose which clients you work with and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, there's really no better platform out there! Instructor Services & Expectations • Conduct private (1-on-1) and small group swim lessons., • Schedule swim lessons directly with clients based on your availability., • Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations., • Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style., • Assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet client needs., • Provide a fun, fulfilling, and tracked learning experience., • Set Your Own Schedule: You are the boss.
