Nansi is building the platform that teaches African languages through music, film, and culture. We're hiring our first cohort of workshop facilitators to deliver live sessions in schools, community centers, and cultural organizations across New York City. This is a contract role — flexible hours, meaningful work, real pay. What you'll do Lead 90-minute to 8-week language and culture workshops for teens and young adults (14–25). Nansi provides the full curriculum and playbook. You bring the cultural expertise and language fluency that no textbook can replicate. What we're looking for • Native or heritage speaker of at least one African language (Twi, Yoruba, Amharic, Swahili, Wolof, Igbo, or other), • Deep cultural fluency — not just words, but context, humor, and history, • Comfortable working with teens and young adults, • Based in New York City No formal teaching degree required. Compensation Hybrid model: guaranteed flat fee per session to start ($350–$500), scaling to revenue share (55%+) as you build your track record. Estimated $750–$1,500+ per engagement depending on format. About Nansi We're early stage and building something that matters.
