Job Description Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Electrical Engineering & Maintenance Manager role in Firebaugh, CA. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the operation, maintenance, and reliability of substations, solar (PV + BESS) systems, transformers, main electrical distribution boards, and main circuit boards to ensure continuous power supply. · Oversee electrical systems for boilers, cooling towers, and water systems while implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. · Maintain and troubleshoot SCADA systems, Ignition HMI platforms, and industrial network systems to ensure reliable plant automation and connectivity. · Enforce compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and food industry electrical standards; conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions. · Lead electrical upgrade projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring alignment with plant objectives and operational requirements. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred), or an equivalent combination of training and experience. · 7+ years of experience managing engineering and maintenance projects within processing manufacturing operations; union environment experience preferred. · FE, PE, PMP, or ISA Certified Automation Professional credentials highly desirable. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. · Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background and education verification, credit screen, and work extended schedules or weekends during the fresh-pack season (July–early October). Compensation: · Salary range: $165,000 – $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications. · Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.
