POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Director will be responsible for the management of facility operations including but not limited to guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, retail, food & beverage, event management, front desk administration and reporting, and a robust family entertainment center. The Operations Director will also work closely with other departments in hiring, training, and staff scheduling.
