Job Description We’re looking for a confident, personable Client Success Specialist support our clients before and after the sale—both in person at client locations and virtually from our office. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, balancing office-based work with field visits, and ensuring an excellent client experience. What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships, • Provide product and service information, demonstrations, and guidance prior to purchase, • Provide post-sale support, including onboarding, troubleshooting, implementation, and maintaining client satisfaction, • Monitor client health, usage, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, • Coordinate and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction, • Travel to client locations (~20%) to provide hands-on support and strengthen relationships, • Deliver virtual support via phone, email, and video from our office, • Proactively address client concerns, issues, and escalations to ensure timely resolution, • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, in person and virtually, • A client-first, solutions-oriented mindset, • Ability to explain products or services clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Comfortable working full-time from the office with periodic travel to client locations, • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 20%, • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment, • Experience in client success, customer support, account management, or sales support, • Previous experience in a customer-facing or field-based role, • Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools, • Full-time role with a healthy balance of office and field work, • Direct impact on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success Steady Growth & Industry Leadership Through steady, organic growth, Sun Print Management has expanded its reach nationwide, now overseeing print devices in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
