Job Description The role… The Project Director – Soho Farmhouse New York is a role leading the overall development of 250-acres of farmland in Rhinebeck, New York into a new, experience-led Soho House destination property by Q2 2028 [Phase I] and subsequent phases. The role will also be responsible for the entitlement, planning and site development of an adjacent 274-acre residential subdivision. The role will will coordinate across design, development and operations departments, as well as external consultant team and key stakeholders, to lead the planning, construction and pre-opening phases of the project. (WSFSSH) is a community-based organization responding to the need for low-cost housing. Our mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting that enhances the independence and dignity of each person. WSFSSH develops, manages, and provides social services in housing for low-income persons, especially those who are older, who have experienced homelessness and who live with mental illness. Job Summary The Assistant Director of Leasing will report to the Director of Leasing and Compliance and will supervise a Leasing Specialist. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Director of Leasing is to manage leasing and subsidy tasks for the WSFSSH portfolio, including the timely completion of lease renewals, processing of rental subsidies, legal rent registration, and leasing of new developments[SS1] [JM2] . Job Description Job Title: Billing Specialist As a billing specialist with VTS, you will use your attention to detail and critical thinking to help us accurately prepare customer invoices, improve our invoicing systems, and ultimately increase collections. You'll be providing critical support and will have the opportunity to also work cross-functionally within the finance, sales, and sales operations teams. Your days will include a mix of reviewing customer contracts, generating and then sending invoices, and solving unique billing scenarios.
